A group of German Scouts named Las Casas Liblar from Cologne have also joined us for CamJam. With a short 7 hour journey from Cologne to the Kimbolton campsite in Cambridgeshire they’ve already spent a week here with their host Scout Group taking part in many activities.

The German Scout Groups in their area are all taking part in a challenge to visit another Scout group in another country and other German groups are visiting countries all over the world. This time next year they hope to have all the host Scout Groups visiting Germany as part of an exchange. Whilst visiting the German Group I was invited to join in with their song and game which involved some dancing and singing about horse.
