Black Ivy

Black Ivy took the stage on Monday night to perform some of their very own alternative rock music including songs about broken hearts and an emotional song for those dying in war.
They also played some more well known tracks with an acoustic guitar which went down beautifully with the crowd. Songs included “A-team” by Ed Sheeran and “Only Exception” by Paramore.

 

Ghanaian Links

Mel Grenfell and William Day from 1st Hardwick and Highfields on Thailand sub camp are camping with the scouts from Ghana. Mel went out to Ghana in 2008 to help on Project Meridian 08 with other scouts and leaders from Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire for a month.

Ghana Wake Up Call

Border control on the Sweden and Thialand border were entertained early this morning while our friends from Ghana performed for BBC radio Cambridgeshire, with a medley of singing whilst accompanied by drums and hand percussion intruments.
